Fuel bucket money

Cumulative taker money per bucket for the ET trading day (own flow excluded), snapshotted by each :02 full run of fuel_fetch_kalshi_trades. Ratio = bigger side $ / smaller side $ (∞ when one side has no money). Attack $ = money in attack-phase bursts (trades paid 7–93¢ — real-uncertainty conviction flow). "latest (live)" computes the same numbers now from every trade recorded so far: the 15-min fetches and the /sweeps refresh button, which an hourly snapshot only includes from the next :07 run.

Money-decides read (docs/aaa-gas.md): rank4+ dominant money is 99–100% right; the poison case is the outermost YES-dominant bucket (4:1 poisonous-YES), and exact print==strike ties settle NO.
